Ray White Ringwood Are Contact Conscious

By Hayley Meakin
We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the global COVID-19 situation, and the precautions not only Ray White Ringwood, but all Ray White offices are enforcing.
The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. While the risk of contracting COVID-19 in the community remains low, we’re taking a number of steps to enhance your protection.
Our management have been and will continue to meet regularly to discuss our ongoing response and ensure we have the latest information from the appropriate authorities. In the meantime, we are continuing to practice good hygiene in our office and any interactions with the public as much as possible.
Open for Inspections and property auctions will be going ahead despite the outbreak, with agents and clients warned to reduce close contact during inspections and meetings. As you can see in the images below, new measures such as ending all handshakes and reducing the number of buyers at inspections will ensure auctions will go ahead.
If we have an immunocompromised vendor or tenant, then we will not be conducting any open homes, however we can organise private inspections instead. We can also organise private inspections for buyers who do not want any interaction at all with small groups of people.

If you are not feeling well, please call ahead of your visit and we can arrange an alternative meeting such as phone calls and video conferencing. Your health and safety, as well as that of our employees, is paramount.
